Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Yes We're Coming ("the service") is a DBA of Atlanticus Innovations LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
Yes We're Coming is an online invitation and RSVP platform. You can create invitation cards, send them to guests by email or text, collect RSVPs, and manage event coordination. Some features require a paid plan.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may only create one account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Scrape or bulk-extract data from the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create (event details, invitation designs, guest lists). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any contact information you enter. Do not add guests to events without their knowledge or contrary to applicable law.
Guest data
When you add guests to an event, you are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable). You represent that you have a legitimate basis to contact the people you add.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Event Passes are one-time payments. Prices are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Event Passes are non-refundable once an invitation has been sent.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
Intellectual property
The service, including its code, design, and invitation theme library, is owned by Yes We're Coming. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the service itself.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
Changes
We will notify account holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
